Connally is married to Carlene (Kolinek) and they have a son
and a daughter. Cathy Denise (Dugger) Moore lives in Robinson,
Texas, and Cory Dwayne Dugger lives in Flower Mound, Texas. Six
grandchildren (five girls and one boy), ranging in age from 2-16,
fill the Duggers' lives with excitement.
Connally was born in McLennon County, Texas, and attended
and graduated Valedictorian from Midway High School in Waco.
He graduated from Baylor University with a B.A. in Philosophy.
He received a Masters in Theology from Perkins, SMU. He has done
various post graduate studies at SMU and Baylor. The Connally
and Carlene have done extensive traveling in England, Europe
and the Middle East.
Prior to becoming District Superintendent of the Fort Worth
East District, Reverend Dugger served as Senior Pastor at First
United Methodist Church, Temple. Previous appointments include
serving as Senior Pastor at the following churches: First UMC,
Corsicana; First UMC, Mineral Wells; Clifton UMC; Lake Shore,
Waco; Whitney UMC; Graham Circuit; and Rice UMC (Navarro County).

Nancy is married to Mark and they have two grown daughters,
LeAnne Raimond and Marcy Ballew. LeAnne is a first
grade school teacher and is married to Charles. They
live in Houston. Marcy is the director of volunteers
for CASA and is married to Cody. They live near
Corsicana. (Nancy has NO GRANDCHILDREN…..YET!)
Mark is and has been a horticulture professor for Tarrant
College for 30 years. He and Nancy live in Springtown. Nancy
has worked for the United Methodist Church all of her adult
life serving in the areas of music and education, as well
as associate and senior pastor of local churches. It
is with excitement and great pleasure that she now continues
to serve God and the United Methodist Church in her role
as the District Secretary of the Mid-Cities District.
