Witness Council
The Witness Mission Council is responsible for carrying out the mandates of the General Board of Higher Education and Campus Ministry and the Committee on Evangelism, as well as developing task forces as needed.  The Witness Council focuses on developing and strengthening evangelistic efforts for sharing personal and congregational stores of Christian experience, faith, and service; communications; lay speaking ministries; and other means that give expression of witness for Jesus Christ within the Brownwood District, Central Texas Conference, UMC.
