| Our churches are wonderful shelters in time of need and in time of
storm. People will congregate at the church that have not been there in
years because they know it as a place of sanctuary. So for that reason
Iall of the churches in the district should establish plans for using their
church as a possible shelter in time of disaster. That disaster may not
be a storm. It might be a major chemical spill or people coming from another
town that had every thing including the church destroyed. Here are
